> HUMANIST VCE
The HUMANIST Virtual Centre of Excellence is the follow‐up of the HUMANIST Network of Excellence project, funded by the European Commission. It has been created in order to structure and organise the European Research in the domain of Human Machine Interaction and Human Factors applied to road Intelligent Transport Systems. This objective is of importance at a time when Human Factors and Human machine Interactions are recognised both by industry and policy makers as key concepts for the development of innovative intelligent transport systems. http://www.humanist‐vce.eu
> Missions
1‐ In the frame of the DETRA (Developing European Transport Research Area – http://detra.fehrl.org) European research project, in which HUMANIST VCE is a partner, and under the supervision of two persons working on this project:
- Studying sharing knowledge modes of a number of European transport research networks:
o Interviews to be realised towards representatives of European transport research networks (in English)
o Pre‐drafting of a report presenting and analysing the interviews results (in English) – Proposals to be made in order to improve sharing knowledge between these entities
o Preparation of a stakeholders forum on “Sharing Knowledge” presenting the results of this report (mailing lists, logistics, contents), to be held in September (in Belgium or Poland)
- Implication in the DETRA communication tools preparation (i.e. Newsletter):
o Compilation / redaction of articles
o Document layout

- Studies in International business, preferably Master level
- Fluent English is compulsory
- Notions of the European Commission functioning
- Knowledge of MS Office use
- Strong adaptability and capacity of learning rapidly
Beginning : as soon as possible
Lenght : 3 month ‐ could be adjusted following the student’s needs
Compensation : legal internship wages
Place : Lyon‐Bron- Studies in International business, preferably Master level
- Fluent English is compulsory
- Notions of the European Commission functioning
- Knowledge of MS Office use
