> Travellers Place Hostel
Traveller’s Place is a small/medium hostel in Santiago, Chile. We are welcoming international marketing students and young travelers in a nice and fun ambiance. The hostel is located in the young and vibrant neighborhood of the city center called Barrio Brasil. Our goal is to give our guests the best experience based on a good service and an attention to every detail in our recently opened fun hostel.
> Missions
Tasks :
- Redesign and improve the hostel website & overall digital marketing strategy.
- Reorganize and manage social media communities
- Manage the bookings and distribution channels
- Reception & attend guests (customer service)
- Do some marketing research, pricing & competitive market analysis.
- Implement international partnerships

- Starting asap (August/September 2012).
- Minimum of 6 months commitment.
- Logging and breakfast included. Plus a monthly expenses allowance to cover food.

Requirements:
- Fluent English. Some Spanish knowledge and any additional language would be an advantage (Portuguese, French, German…).
- Graduating student of Marketing & Advertising, IT, P.R., Journalism, Tourism, or Management. Hopefully with major or focus on digital marketing & programming skills.
- Web design (wordpress), social media, SOE, Google Adwords, mobile marketing web design or any digital marketing experience or knowledge would be definitively an advantage.
- Hopefully some experience in hospitality, tourism sector and reservation systems.
The ideal candidate would have innovative ideas, social skills, strong sense of responsibilities, be interested in entrepreneurship and business development. Hopefully have a technical background in web design and highly developed computer skills. The position also requires adaptability and flexibility to do any hostel job.
